This is my first blog , and i feel great after 3 miles . Last week i ran 7 and i think i am inproving a lot . My first mile was a 10:04 . Then my brother said run another because , i didn't get under 10 mins . I got a little mad because i missed it by 5 seconds , then i finally decided to do it . I ran that mile and got a 9:22 . I was suprised that i actually did it ! My brother told me i had two do 1/2 mile repeats . I did it once but the watch lagged and my brother told me to do another . I did the other 1/2 mile repeat and finished then i came inside my house . Then i did this blog thanks 4 reading ! P.S i am only 9 .
